Vincent Tong Named to the 2026 Super Lawyers List for the Sixth Consecutive Year

TONG LAW is pleased to announce that founding attorney Vincent Tong has been selected to the 2026 Northern California Super Lawyers list. This marks his sixth consecutive year on the list, following selections from 2021 through 2025. Mr. Tong was previously named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list each year from 2015 to 2020.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service, recognizes attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than 5% of attorneys in each state are selected. Candidates cannot pay to be nominated or included. Instead, the patented selection process combines peer nominations, independent research across 12 indicators of professional achievement, including verdicts and settlements, experience, scholarly writing, and pro bono work, and evaluations by a panel of peers within the candidate’s practice area.

Mr. Tong is recognized in the area of Employment Litigation. He has practiced law in California since 2010 and represents employees in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, as well as advising businesses on formation, contracts, and litigation. He is a past President of the Alameda County Bar Association and currently serves as Treasurer of the California Employment Lawyers Association.
